ReturnTriage

ReturnTriage is a web app (with optional mobile scanning) that helps e-commerce brands decide what to do with each returned item: restock, refurbish, liquidate, donate, or discard—based on real margin math, not gut feel. It pulls order data, SKU cost, condition notes, and carrier fees, then recommends the cheapest path that preserves the most value. Warehouse staff get a simple scan-and-grade flow; operators see dashboards showing return reasons, preventable return rates, and policy tweaks that reduce future returns. This is not a glamorous space, but returns are a brutal profit leak and most mid-market brands still manage them in spreadsheets and inboxes. The MVP focuses on one thing: making a defensible, fast disposition decision per item and tracking outcomes so the model improves over time.
