ReturnTriage

ReturnTriage is a web + mobile app for warehouses that process e-commerce returns. It standardizes how each returned item is inspected, graded, and routed (restock, refurb, quarantine, liquidate, or scrap) using guided workflows and photo evidence. Staff scan an item, answer a short checklist, snap photos, and the system generates a disposition recommendation and required actions (relabel, rebag, missing parts, safety hold). It also tracks reason codes, vendor chargebacks, and cycle-time by station to expose bottlenecks. The MVP focuses on being a lightweight layer that sits on top of existing WMS/ERP via CSV/API, because most mid-market operations can’t rip-and-replace. The goal is fewer inconsistent decisions, faster putaway, and better recovery value on returns—without needing expensive consultants or custom WMS work.
