RevGuard

RevGuard is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams alerts) that continuously monitors enterprise SaaS revenue workflows to catch leakage and compliance risk early. It ingests billing events (Stripe, Zuora, Chargebee), CRM changes (Salesforce), and product usage (Segment/Snowflake) to reconcile contracts, invoices, credits, refunds, and entitlements. The system flags mismatches like unbilled active subscriptions, incorrect proration, missing tax/VAT fields, duplicate discounts, over-provisioned seats, and churned customers still being billed. It produces an audit-ready issue trail with ownership, due dates, and suggested fixes, plus a “revenue at risk” dashboard by product, region, and sales team. This is a combination traditional + AI app: deterministic rules handle core reconciliations, while AI helps classify anomalies, summarize root causes, and draft remediation tickets. It’s not a replacement for ERP; it’s a focused control layer across messy systems.
