ReviewLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for managers to capture performance evidence continuously and turn it into fair, defensible reviews. Instead of relying on end-of-cycle recollection, it lets managers log short, time-stamped “work receipts” tied to projects, goals, and competencies, with lightweight employee visibility and acknowledgement. An AI layer summarizes patterns, flags recency bias, and drafts review narratives using only approved internal sources (notes, Jira/Linear, GitHub, CRM, support tickets). It also produces a “decision trail” for promotions, PIPs, and compensation discussions—who said what, when, and based on which artifacts—reducing HR risk and internal disputes. This is not a culture app; it’s a documentation and synthesis system that makes performance conversations faster, more consistent, and harder to game, while keeping sensitive data access tightly controlled.
