ReviewProof

ReviewProof is a web app + mobile companion that helps employees build a defensible performance-review packet without living in spreadsheets. It passively collects “proof” from the tools people already use (Slack, Jira, GitHub, Google Docs, Zendesk) and turns it into a timeline of outcomes, impact metrics, and peer feedback requests. An AI layer drafts self-review narratives mapped to common competency frameworks (ICs, managers, sales, support) and flags weak claims that lack evidence. It also generates a one-page manager-ready summary and a promotion case template. Brutal reality: HR suites already have review modules, but they’re manager/HR-centric and employees still scramble at review time. This app wins only if it saves hours, produces cleaner evidence, and works with existing systems rather than replacing them.
