ReviewSLO

ReviewSLO is a web app (with a lightweight Slack/Teams bot) that makes code review throughput measurable and enforceable. It plugs into GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket and turns pull requests into an operations queue with explicit service-level objectives: time-to-first-review, time-to-merge, and reviewer load. It auto-routes PRs to the best available reviewers based on ownership, recent context, and workload, then escalates when deadlines are missed. Dashboards show where work stalls (author, team, repo, time of day) and what changes improve flow. This is not another “AI that comments on your code”; it’s a management layer that exposes review debt and forces decisions. The product lives or dies on integrations and trust: it must be accurate, low-noise, and respectful of developer autonomy while still making delays visible.
