ReviseProof is a web app (with optional browser extension) that adds a final, enforceable “pre-publish” quality gate for digital publishers. It scans drafts and scheduled posts across CMSes and newsletters for common, costly errors: broken links, missing image alt text, inconsistent style (numbers, dates, capitalization), accidental profanity, duplicate paragraphs, incorrect UTM tags, and outdated facts like event dates. It also generates a shareable preflight report and requires explicit sign-off before content can go live. The AI layer suggests fixes and rewrites, but the core value is deterministic checks and workflow enforcement, not vague “AI editing.” Integrations focus on the boring reality: WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, Contentful, Substack exports, and email platforms via API. Teams get audit trails, role-based approvals, and a lightweight style guide rules engine so standards are actually followed.
