RevLeak is a web app (traditional + AI) that helps finance teams find and quantify revenue leakage from billing errors, contract misconfigurations, usage-to-invoice mismatches, credits, and failed renewals. It connects to Stripe, Chargebee, Zuora, NetSuite, QuickBooks, and your data warehouse to reconcile what should have been billed vs what was billed and collected. The product generates a prioritized “leak queue” with dollar impact, root-cause hints, and the exact records to fix (invoice IDs, subscriptions, contract terms, usage logs). AI is used to classify anomaly patterns and draft remediation notes for support/AR, but the core value is deterministic reconciliation and audit trails. Expect some setup work: mapping products, pricing rules, and revenue recognition logic. The MVP focuses on subscription/usage businesses where leakage is common and measurable.
