RevNudge is a web app (with optional Slack integration) that detects “pipeline rot” and prescribes specific next actions for reps and managers. It connects to Salesforce/HubSpot plus email/calendar and call notes, then scores each opportunity for staleness, missing stakeholders, weak next steps, pricing risk, and unvalidated timeline. Instead of generic health scores, it generates a short, auditable checklist: who to contact next, what question is unanswered, what asset to send, and what meeting to book. Managers get a weekly “save list” of deals most likely to slip and the single intervention that historically prevents slippage for that segment. The product is intentionally narrow: it does not try to replace your CRM or be a full conversation intelligence suite. It focuses on preventing forecast surprises by turning messy activity signals into concrete deal-saving nudges.
