RevRecGuard

RevRecGuard is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that continuously reconciles contract terms, product entitlements, usage, and billing events to catch revenue leakage and revenue-recognition mistakes early. It connects to CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), billing (Stripe, Zuora, Chargebee), data warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery), and ERP exports to build a “source-of-truth” timeline per customer: what was sold, what was delivered, what was billed, and what should be recognized. The system flags mismatches like missing invoices, incorrect proration, unbilled overages, expired discounts still applied, and services delivered without a valid PO. It generates auditor-ready evidence packets and a prioritized queue for finance ops to resolve issues with clear owner assignment and impact estimates. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify contract clauses and map messy line items, but deterministic rules and approvals control the money-impacting decisions.
