RevRecKit is a web app that helps small B2B SaaS and service businesses reconcile contracts, invoices, and payments so revenue doesn’t silently leak. You connect Stripe, QuickBooks/Xero, and your contract source (PDF upload or CRM export). The system extracts key terms (start/end dates, billing cadence, price ramps, usage tiers, discounts), then compares them to what was actually invoiced and collected. It flags mismatches like missed renewals, under-billing, unbilled usage, duplicate invoices, and incorrect proration, and generates a clear “fix list” with suggested invoice adjustments and customer-ready explanations. It also produces basic ASC 606/IFRS 15-friendly schedules for deferred revenue and revenue recognition, aimed at companies that aren’t ready for enterprise tools. This is not a full ERP; it’s a focused reconciliation and reporting layer that pays for itself by catching errors quickly.
