RevRecon is a web app (with optional desktop agent) for enterprise SaaS revenue assurance that continuously reconciles product usage, entitlements, contracts, invoices, and payments to surface revenue leakage and compliance risk. It ingests events from data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery), billing systems (Stripe, Zuora, Chargebee), and CRM (Salesforce) and runs deterministic controls (e.g., “usage > entitlement,” “invoice missing for active subscription,” “discount exceeds approval,” “proration mismatch,” “tax/VAT anomalies”). An AI layer explains anomalies in plain language, clusters similar issues, and drafts remediation tasks for Finance/RevOps. The product is realistic: it won’t “auto-fix” your revenue—most companies have messy data and edge-case contracts—but it will prioritize the highest-impact leaks with audit-ready evidence and a repeatable control framework. Designed for SOC2-minded teams, it keeps a full lineage trail for every finding.
