It ingests transactions, normalizes them into a single ledger, and flags mismatches with clear evidence trails (order ID, payout batch, bank settlement). Instead of generic dashboards, it focuses on actionable exceptions: “$1,240 payout missing,” “chargeback fee not recorded,” “invoice paid but not deposited,” and “platform withheld reserve increased.” Users can assign issues, attach notes, and export accountant-ready reports. The AI layer auto-categorizes income types, suggests likely causes for discrepancies, and drafts dispute emails with the right references. This is not a full accounting replacement; it’s a focused income integrity tool that helps small businesses stop bleeding money through platform complexity and reconciliation gaps.
