RevSplitHub is a web app for federal, state, and local finance teams to manage revenue-sharing programs (sales tax, fuel tax, PILT, cannabis, lottery, etc.) with fewer spreadsheet errors and fewer audit surprises. It centralizes program rules, recipient rosters, and distribution schedules, then generates calculation workpapers and payment-ready outputs. The MVP focuses on “last-mile” execution: importing source totals, applying allocation formulas, producing recipient statements, and retaining an audit trail that survives staff turnover. It also supports scenario checks (e.g., what happens if collections are revised) and tracks adjustments/true-ups over time. This is not a glamorous space, but it’s operationally painful and politically sensitive when payments are wrong or late. The product is designed to be adopted by one program at a time, then expanded across departments once trust is earned.
