RewardForge is a mobile + web app that helps small teams and communities run simple, credible reward programs without building a full loyalty platform. Admins create “actions” (finish onboarding, submit weekly report, attend training, refer a friend, complete chores) and assign points or perks. Users see a clean progress feed, streaks, and a redeem store (gift cards, time-off hours, merch, custom perks). The app focuses on verification: actions can be approved by a manager, validated via integrations (Google Workspace, Slack), or confirmed with lightweight evidence (photo, link, form). It also includes basic anti-gaming rules (cooldowns, caps, anomaly flags) so rewards don’t get abused. This is not a magical motivation machine; it’s a practical tool to make incentives consistent, transparent, and less annoying to administer. Monetization is per-seat for teams and per-community for clubs/creators.
