RewatchIQ is a web app for streaming publishers and video teams that pinpoints the exact seconds viewers rewatch, skip, or abandon—then turns that into actionable edits. Instead of generic “average watch time,” it produces a timeline heatmap per episode, highlights confusing segments (rewind spikes), boring stretches (fast-forward spikes), and drop-off cliffs. Upload your HLS/DASH analytics exports or connect your player events, and RewatchIQ generates a weekly “Fix List” with suggested trims, chapter markers, recap placement, and thumbnail/timecode recommendations. It’s not a magic growth button: if your content is weak, analytics won’t save it. But for teams shipping lots of video, it can reliably improve retention with small, measurable changes. Designed for lean teams—no data warehouse required, but supports one if you have it.
