An AI layer suggests draft answers by retrieving only from your approved knowledge base, then cites sources and flags gaps that need human input. It also detects contradictions across responses (e.g., SOC2 scope vs. data retention claims) and creates tasks for SMEs. Realistically, this won’t “auto-win deals”; it reduces response time, improves consistency, and lowers risk. Best fit is mid-market to enterprise vendors with frequent questionnaires and a sales cycle where speed and trust matter.
