RFPQuickwin is a web app (AI + traditional) that helps freelancers and small agencies win work from public and private RFPs without drowning in portals and PDFs. It monitors selected sources (government procurement sites, vendor portals, niche bid boards, and emailed RFPs), de-duplicates listings, and scores fit based on your capabilities, past wins, geography, budget range, and required certifications. When a good match appears, it generates a response outline and compliance checklist, highlights risky clauses, and builds a submission calendar with reminders. The app also maintains a reusable “evidence library” (case studies, resumes, policies, insurance docs) so responses are faster and more consistent. This is not magic: you still need real differentiators and pricing discipline, but it can cut the time spent searching and formatting by 50–70% and reduce missed requirements that get bids disqualified.
