RfpSifter

RfpSifter is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps business development teams decide which RFPs to pursue—and which to ignore—before they burn days on proposals with low odds. You upload an RFP PDF or paste the link; the app extracts requirements, scoring criteria, compliance items, and hidden “must-haves.” It then asks a short set of clarifying questions about your capabilities, past wins, pricing constraints, and delivery capacity. The output is a blunt bid/no-bid recommendation, a win-probability range, a compliance checklist, and a gap list with estimated effort/cost to close. It also generates an executive one-pager for internal approval and a risk register for delivery leaders. This is not a magic “win more deals” tool; it’s a time-saver that prevents bad pursuits and standardizes decision-making across teams.
