RfpSlicer

RfpSlicer is a web app (with optional Chrome extension) that helps sales teams respond to RFPs and security questionnaires faster without turning the output into generic AI fluff. Upload an RFP PDF/Doc, and it auto-splits it into a structured requirements grid, flags “must/shall” items, and maps each question to your existing knowledge base (past proposals, product docs, SOC2/ISO policies). It produces a draft response pack with citations to source documents, a compliance scorecard, and a list of gaps that require human input (e.g., missing features, unclear SLAs, legal redlines). It also creates a deal-specific “win plan” summary: key risks, differentiators to emphasize, and stakeholders to involve. This is not a magic button—teams still need review—but it cuts the painful first 60% of the work.
