RFQRelay

RFQRelay is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small-to-mid procurement teams that still run sourcing through email, PDFs, and spreadsheets. Buyers upload an RFQ pack (PDF/Excel/specs), and the app extracts line items, normalizes units, flags missing fields, and generates a clean bid sheet. Suppliers receive a simple link to quote in a structured format (no login required), attach compliance docs, and propose alternates. RFQRelay auto-compares bids apples-to-apples, highlights outliers, lead times, MOQ breaks, and compliance gaps, and produces an award recommendation plus an audit trail. It’s not a full marketplace; it’s the workflow layer that makes multi-supplier quoting fast and defensible. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI for document extraction/normalization and anomaly detection, traditional software for workflows, permissions, and reporting.
