RhythmLedger is a mobile + web AI app that helps people understand and stabilize their circadian rhythm using signals they already generate: sleep timing, morning light exposure, activity, meals, caffeine, and screen use. Instead of generic “go to bed earlier” advice, it builds a personal rhythm profile and shows which behaviors actually shift your sleep onset, energy dips, and wake quality. The app produces a simple daily plan (light, movement, caffeine cutoff, meal timing, wind-down) and a weekly “phase drift” report that flags when your schedule is sliding later/earlier. It’s realistic: it won’t promise perfect sleep, and it won’t pretend it can diagnose disorders. The goal is consistent timing and fewer bad days, especially for people whose schedules keep changing. Monetization is a subscription with optional employer wellness bundles.
