RhythmLock
RhythmLock is a mobile + desktop companion that enforces a consistent work-life rhythm by turning your calendar intentions into real constraints. You set “hard edges” (e.g., no work after 6:30pm, lunch is sacred, two deep-work blocks daily) and the app automatically blocks time, nudges you before transitions, and—critically—adds friction to breaking the rules. On desktop it can pause Slack/Teams notifications, dim distracting apps, and start a short shutdown ritual checklist. On mobile it provides a simple “what now” prompt during transitions so you don’t drift into doom-scrolling or back into work. It’s not therapy and it won’t fix a toxic job; it’s a practical guardrail for people who already want boundaries but keep leaking time. Expect some users to hate the strictness—that’s the point.
