RhythmRelay

RhythmRelay is a mobile AI app that improves coordination by turning proven motor-skill drills into short, beat-timed sessions. Users follow audio cues and on-screen patterns (tap, step, clap, alternating sides) while the phone’s camera and motion sensors track timing, symmetry, and reaction delays. The app scores consistency, flags common issues (e.g., dominant-side overuse, late cross-body movements), and adapts difficulty by shifting tempo, adding dual-task prompts, or changing patterns. It’s designed for real life: 5–10 minute sessions, minimal equipment, and quiet mode for small spaces. Progress is shown as “stability under speed” and “left-right balance” rather than vague streaks. It won’t replace a coach or physical therapist, but it can provide structured, measurable practice for people who need coordination work and don’t know what to do consistently.
