RideRoster

RideRoster is a web + mobile dispatch and scheduling app for dial-a-ride operators (paratransit, senior transport, nonprofit shuttles) who still rely on phone calls, spreadsheets, and manual routing. It centralizes rider profiles, eligibility notes, recurring trips, and pickup windows, then generates a practical driver run sheet that respects capacity, time windows, and special needs (wheelchair, escort, door-through-door). It includes rider-facing SMS confirmations and day-of updates, plus a lightweight driver app for check-in/out, mileage, and incident notes. This is not a “magic AI routing” pitch: the MVP focuses on operational reliability, fewer missed pickups, and less dispatcher stress. AI is used selectively for call summarization and exception detection (e.g., repeated late pickups, chronic overbooking patterns), not as the core routing engine. The goal is to reduce admin time and improve on-time performance with minimal training.
