RightMap

RightMap is a web app (with Slack/Teams integration) that maps who owns which decisions across a company—by domain, system, budget threshold, and risk level. Teams create “decision cards” (e.g., pricing changes, vendor selection, incident comms) with an owner, required approvers, consulted roles, and escalation paths.
