RightsLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for creators and small studios to manage digital asset ownership, licensing terms, and proof-of-rights in one place. Users upload an asset (image, video, audio, 3D, templates), attach the original source files, contracts, model releases, and invoice history, then generate a shareable “rights packet” link for clients, marketplaces, or legal. It auto-extracts metadata, hashes files for tamper-evidence, and flags risky gaps (missing releases, unclear exclusivity, expired licenses). It also tracks where assets are published via URL monitoring and can draft takedown notices when usage violates terms. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for records and workflows, AI for document parsing, clause extraction, and risk scoring. It’s not a magic anti-piracy tool; it’s a practical compliance and monetization system that reduces disputes and speeds up licensing deals.
