RightsRadar
RightsRadar is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) for indie film distribution teams to track rights, territories, windows, and deliverables in one place. It replaces messy spreadsheets and email threads with a structured rights ledger, automated reminders, and a “ready-to-deliver” checklist per platform (AVOD/SVOD/TVOD, broadcasters, airlines, festivals). Upload contracts, link them to titles, and extract key terms (territory, term dates, exclusivity, MG, rev-share) using AI-assisted parsing, then route exceptions to a human review queue. The app generates platform-specific delivery packages (metadata, artwork, captions, QC notes) and keeps an audit trail of who approved what and when. It also flags conflicts (overlapping exclusivity, expired music licenses, missing E&O) before you embarrass yourself with a takedown or a rejected delivery. This is not a marketplace; it’s operational control for distribution.
