RightsRadar

RightsRadar is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps social creators and small brands avoid copyright and licensing landmines before posting. You upload a draft video (or paste a link to a private cut), and it scans the audio and key visual elements to flag likely risks: copyrighted music, recognizable TV/movie clips, logos/brand marks, and reused creator footage. It then suggests safer alternatives: platform-approved audio, royalty-free tracks, or edits (mute/replace segment, crop/blur logo, swap B-roll). It also generates a simple “rights checklist” you can attach to your internal approval process and stores proof-of-license files in one place. This isn’t magic: it won’t guarantee immunity, but it materially reduces strikes, demonetization, and wasted editing time for teams posting at volume.
