RightsRadar

RightsRadar is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) for broadcast and cable operations teams to prevent costly content-rights and scheduling violations. It ingests your traffic logs, playlists, and program metadata, then cross-checks them against a structured rights library (territory, window dates, daypart, platform, ad restrictions, talent holds, music cues if provided). The app flags conflicts like expired windows, wrong region feeds, restricted dayparts, missing required slates, or ad adjacency rules. It generates a pre-air compliance checklist and a post-air audit trail for legal and partner reporting. This is not a magical “AI solves everything” product: it’s rules-first with AI assistance to extract clauses from contracts and map them into fields, reducing manual data entry. The core value is fewer last-minute scrambles, fewer makegoods, and fewer legal escalations.
