RightsRadar
RightsRadar is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps music supervisors, editors, and indie labels quickly determine whether a track is actually licensable for sync. Users upload a track link and enter known metadata; the app cross-checks likely ownership splits, publisher/admin info, and conflict signals by querying public databases and partner data sources, then produces a “clearance readiness” report. It flags common deal-killers: missing writer splits, conflicting PRO registrations, unresponsive rightsholders, samples/derivatives risk, and territory restrictions. An AI assistant helps draft outreach emails, chase approvals, and generate a one-page clearance packet (chain-of-title checklist, contacts, and required signatures). This is not a magic “instant license” button—it's a triage tool that prevents wasted pitches and last-minute clearance disasters, which is where most time and money is burned in sync.
