RigReceipt

RigReceipt is a mobile + web app that turns your gaming and console purchases into a searchable “proof vault” with deadlines. Forward email receipts or scan paper receipts/box labels; the app extracts retailer, item, serial number, purchase date, return window, and warranty terms, then builds a timeline of what you can still return or claim. It also pings you before return periods expire and when extended warranties are about to lapse. For hardware bought across Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo stores, and smaller retailers, it centralizes everything so you don’t lose money to missed windows or missing proof. Optional price-watch can alert you if a retailer offers price protection so you can request a refund. It’s not glamorous, but it’s the kind of boring admin that gamers routinely mess up—especially during big sale seasons and new console launches.
