RingFitAR is a mobile AI + AR app that helps couples and shoppers choose the right engagement ring size and style without awkward store visits or costly resizing. Using the phone camera, it guides the user through a short calibration (credit-card reference + hand scan) to estimate ring size and finger shape, then renders true-to-scale ring previews on the finger with lighting controls. It also flags common fit issues (large knuckles, swelling, tapered fingers) and recommends sizing adjustments by band width and setting type. The app can generate a “fit report” that users share with a jeweler or use when buying online. This is not magic: accuracy will vary by device and user compliance, so the app focuses on reducing error and making sizing decisions transparent rather than claiming perfection.
