RinkReceipt is a mobile + web app for hockey team managers to collect dues, split shared costs, and reimburse parents/players without spreadsheet chaos. It creates a season budget (ice time, refs, tournament fees, jerseys), assigns each player’s share, and sends pay links with automatic reminders. Managers can upload receipts, tag expenses to events, and generate a transparent ledger that families can view anytime. It supports partial payments, scholarships/discounts, and “pay for your own” add-ons like team dinners. The app also exports clean reports for associations and treasurers, reducing end-of-season drama.
