RippleLens

RippleLens helps you stress-test decisions by mapping second-order consequences in a structured, repeatable way. You enter a decision, assumptions, and stakeholders; the app generates a consequence tree (first-, second-, third-order), highlights feedback loops, and forces you to rate likelihood, magnitude, and time-to-impact. It includes pre-built templates for common scenarios (pricing changes, hiring, layoffs, product launches, policy changes) so users don’t start from a blank page. An AI copilot suggests missing consequences, counterfactuals, and “what would have to be true” checks, but every node must be confirmed by the user to avoid hallucination-driven planning. Outputs are shareable as a one-page brief for meetings, with a clear list of risks, mitigations, and leading indicators to monitor after execution.
