RiskClarity
RiskClarity is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps teams communicate uncertainty without drowning stakeholders in jargon or false precision. Users build a “risk brief” from structured inputs: decision context, key uncertainties, probability ranges, impact bands, assumptions, and confidence level. The app then generates stakeholder-specific outputs: a one-page executive summary, a detailed appendix for analysts, and a plain-language version for non-technical audiences. It includes a lightweight “misinterpretation check” that flags common communication failures (e.g., mixing likelihood with impact, using single-point estimates, ambiguous terms like ‘likely’). This is an AI-assisted app: AI helps draft summaries, rewrite for reading level, and propose clarifying questions, but users must approve everything. The goal is not perfect forecasting; it’s consistent, auditable communication that reduces decision delays and post-mortem blame.
