RiskDocket
RiskDocket is a web app (with optional mobile viewer) that turns scattered governance and risk signals into a board-ready “risk docket” for each meeting. It ingests structured data (KRIs, audit findings, incident logs, vendor risk scores) and unstructured inputs (policy exceptions, regulator updates, whistleblower summaries) and maps them to a configurable risk taxonomy and committee oversight. The AI layer drafts concise, citation-backed narratives: what changed, why it matters, recommended decisions, and what management is doing next. It also flags “board attention” items using thresholds, trend breaks, and control failures, then generates a one-page heatmap plus a decision log that ties actions to owners and due dates. Realistically, it won’t replace ERM teams; it reduces the painful manual work of creating consistent, defensible board materials and follow-ups.
