RiskGantt

RiskGantt is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for project timelines that focuses on schedule risk, not just dates. Instead of pretending every task estimate is certain, it lets teams assign simple uncertainty ranges (best/likely/worst) and dependency confidence. The app runs fast Monte Carlo simulations to produce a probability-of-hit date for milestones, a “most likely finish” range, and a ranked list of tasks driving slip risk. It also flags hidden timeline traps: long dependency chains, overloaded owners, and milestones with low confidence inputs. Updates are designed to be low-friction: quick weekly check-ins, Slack/Teams nudges, and import from Jira/Linear/Asana to avoid double entry. The output is brutally clear: what’s likely to slip, by how much, and what to change to improve odds—without turning planning into a full-time job.
