RiskLedger is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that turns recurring risk and control evidence collection into a lightweight, auditable workflow. Instead of chasing screenshots and approvals across email, it assigns control owners, schedules evidence requests, and stores artifacts with timestamps, context, and sign-off trails. It includes a simple risk register, control library, and “audit-ready” export packs for common requests (SOC 2, ISO 27001, internal audits). An AI assistant can summarize evidence, flag missing context, and draft auditor responses, but it won’t pretend to replace your compliance lead. The focus is mid-market practicality: fewer modules, faster setup, and clear accountability. If you can’t get control owners to respond, the app won’t magically fix culture—but it will make non-response visible, measurable, and escalatable.
