RiskLedger

RiskLedger is a web app (with Slack integration) that forces product teams to quantify uncertainty and surface hidden dependencies in roadmaps. Instead of another roadmap tool, it sits on top of what you already use (Jira/Linear/GitHub) and turns epics into a simple risk register: assumptions, unknowns, external dependencies, confidence score, and a “next validation step.” An AI assistant drafts risks and assumptions from PRDs, tickets, and meeting notes, but humans must confirm them—no magical autopilot. Weekly, it generates a single-page “risk brief” for leadership: what changed, what’s likely to slip, and what decisions are blocked. The goal is boring: fewer surprise delays, fewer political escalations, and clearer tradeoffs. If you can’t prove value in 30 days, you’ll churn—so the product must be measurable and lightweight.
