RiskLedger
RiskLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that continuously monitors a company’s financial exposure across customers, suppliers, and banks. It connects to accounting (QuickBooks/Xero), invoicing, and bank feeds, then builds a simple “risk ledger” of who owes you, who you owe, concentration by counterparty, and how fast cash is actually moving. It flags early warning signals like rising days-sales-outstanding, customer concentration creep, unusual refund/chargeback spikes, and payment behavior changes. It also runs lightweight stress tests (e.g., “top customer pays 30 days late” or “supplier raises terms”) to quantify runway impact and recommends specific actions (tighten terms, adjust credit limits, change payment methods). This is not a magic forecasting tool; it’s a practical monitoring and alerting layer that reduces surprises and forces disciplined follow-up.
