RiskNarrate is a web app (with optional mobile viewer) that helps teams communicate uncertainty without misleading stakeholders. You paste in risk inputs (assumptions, scenarios, probabilities, ranges, and key drivers) and the app produces audience-specific outputs: an executive summary, a customer-facing explanation, and a regulator-ready note. It forces clarity by requiring confidence levels, sources, and what would change the decision. An AI assistant rewrites content to be plain-language, flags common risk-communication failures (false precision, missing base rates, ambiguous terms like “likely”), and generates visual aids such as calibrated probability statements and simple scenario tables. The goal isn’t to “predict better” but to explain risk honestly and consistently across emails, slides, and status updates. It also stores a versioned “risk narrative” so teams can show how understanding evolved over time—useful when things go wrong and everyone asks what was known when.
