RiskNudger

RiskNudger is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that helps small and mid-sized companies run a lightweight, auditable risk program without hiring a full GRC team. It centralizes a simple risk register, owners, controls, and evidence requests, then “nudges” teams weekly to update status, attach proof (screenshots, policies, tickets), and close overdue actions. An AI assistant drafts risk statements, suggests common controls for frameworks (SOC 2/ISO 27001-lite), and summarizes changes for leadership in plain language. The product is intentionally narrow: it’s not a full enterprise GRC suite. It’s a pragmatic workflow tool that creates a paper trail investors, auditors, and customers can understand. If you can’t show evidence, the app treats the risk as unresolved—no feel-good dashboards.
