RiskPledge

RiskPledge helps teams translate “we’re conservative” into concrete thresholds and actions. Users define a small set of risk dimensions (financial loss, customer impact, compliance exposure, delivery delay, reputational risk) and then set measurable guardrails (e.g., max expected loss, max outage minutes, max regulatory uncertainty). The app generates a one-page “risk pledge” and a decision tree that routes proposals into approve, approve-with-mitigations, or escalate. It also includes lightweight scenario templates (vendor selection, pricing change, product launch, incident response) so people don’t start from scratch. An AI assistant can draft appetite statements from existing policies and past decisions, but the product forces human sign-off and keeps an audit trail. Reality check: this won’t replace GRC suites; it’s a practical layer for everyday decisions where teams currently wing it.
