RiskPulse

RiskPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that turns messy project signals into a simple, defensible risk radar. Instead of another task board, it monitors leading indicators: overdue dependencies, churn in requirements, PR review latency, blocked tickets, meeting load, and stakeholder response times. It then produces a weekly “risk brief” for each project: top risks, probability/impact, recommended mitigations, and who needs to decide what by when. It’s an AI-assisted app, but it’s not magic: the AI drafts summaries and suggested mitigations while the system relies on hard metrics pulled from Jira/Linear/GitHub/Calendar. Teams can set thresholds, define what “red” means, and log decisions so postmortems aren’t guesswork. The goal is fewer surprise slips and clearer escalation paths, not prettier dashboards.
