RiskPulse

RiskPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that monitors day-to-day project execution signals and turns them into an operational risk dashboard. It connects to Jira/Azure DevOps, GitHub/GitLab, and incident tools to detect patterns that reliably precede delivery failure: rising cycle time, growing WIP, repeated scope churn, dependency slippage, test debt, and “quiet” teams with low update frequency. Instead of generic risk registers, it produces a weekly risk brief with evidence, trend charts, and a short list of recommended actions (e.g., freeze intake, add QA capacity, split epics, renegotiate milestones). It also supports lightweight risk reviews: assign an owner, set a mitigation, and track whether the risk is actually reducing. This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes signals and drafts mitigation options, but the core value is the data pipeline and clear, defensible metrics.
