RiskRecipe

RiskRecipe is a web app (with optional desktop wrapper) that helps teams build Monte Carlo simulations without becoming spreadsheet power-users. You define inputs in plain language (ranges, distributions, correlations, step-changes, and scenarios), then the app generates a transparent model, runs simulations, and produces decision-ready outputs: probability of hitting targets, downside-at-risk, tornado sensitivity, and scenario comparisons. It’s designed for project and product decisions (delivery dates, budgets, demand forecasts, capacity planning) where uncertainty is real but time is limited. It includes a “model audit” view that shows every assumption, distribution choice, and data source so results are defensible in reviews. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI accelerates model setup and explains results, but the simulation engine is deterministic and inspectable. Expect pushback from spreadsheet loyalists; the value is speed, consistency, and governance.
