RiskTrace
RiskTrace is a web app (with optional Jira/GitHub integrations) that helps QA leads build test plans starting from risk, not templates. It ingests lightweight inputs—epics, changed files, incident history, and known flaky areas—and produces a structured, reviewable test plan: scope, priorities, environments, entry/exit criteria, and a mapped set of test charters/cases. The core is an AI-assisted “risk map” that links requirements to components and assigns a confidence score, but every suggestion is editable and auditable. It also tracks plan drift: when requirements or code changes, it highlights which parts of the plan are now stale and who should re-approve. This isn’t a full test management suite; it’s a planning layer that exports to existing tools and focuses on reducing missed coverage and last-minute scramble.
