It also includes a “group lead” mode for small tour groups or families to share a simple itinerary and broadcast updates without needing a full chat app. This is not a fancy content app; it’s a practical execution tool built for real constraints: low bandwidth, older phones, language barriers, and fatigue. Monetization is primarily B2B2C via tour operators and optional premium packs (languages, group tools).
