It centralizes checklists, required documents, class attendance, sponsor/godparent eligibility notes, fee tracking, and liturgy run-sheets in one place. Families get a simple portal to upload documents, pick from available prep sessions, receive reminders, and see exactly what’s missing. Staff get templates by diocese/parish policy, calendar coordination, and a day-of “service mode” that shows roles, readings, music cues, and seating notes. This is not a theology app; it’s operations software for churches that still run sacraments via email threads, paper folders, and spreadsheets. Done right, it saves hours per family, reduces awkward last-minute issues, and makes the parish look organized.
